Many years ago... "I"...began to use Excavation of Authenticity to express the engaging , expressing,digging-into, the connection , the space and the distance between.
Meetings, conversations, writings,songs, drawings, paintings,bodywork,movement and moments of silence... have all emerged from the mysterious mix... bringing gifts of joy and bliss, stressfull and painful thoughts for amusement and clarification. Meditation,creativity... connection... reality checks...inspiration... all combine to support me. What a wonderful world.
"I" welcome "you" to some of the thousands of pages and notes from the continuing excavation. The treasure is not always to be sought for, but is often found in the digging.
